Annotated books give us fascinating glimpses into the minds of readers from the past.
This session of our ‘Inside the Library’ workshops gives visitors the chance to look at annotated texts from different time periods, focussing on materials from the Renaissance.
Visitors will get the opportunity to examine unique historical books and consider changing attitudes towards annotations over time, as well as the role they play in our own reading.
