Explore the medieval building, hear about the magical Dr. Dee, admire the Hogwarts-esque gated shelves of the library and take a seat at the very desk where Marx and Engels’ research led to The Communist Manifesto!

Tours last 60-75 minutes long.

We recommend all visitors read the Visiting Information before booking tickets.

Visitors will not be admitted more than 15 minutes after the tour has begun. If possible, please call the Library to inform them of your delay.

Tour dates are available up to 6 weeks in advance, for dates beyond that, please visit this site again 6 weeks before your chosen date.
