Tudor Bed Exhibition
From Thursday 15th August – Wednesday 11th September, Chetham’s Library will be exhibiting the marriage bed of king Henry vii and Elizabeth of York. Visitors on our guided tours will be given the opportunity to see the exhibition at the end of the tour.
Tours last 60-75 minutes long.
We recommend all visitors read the Visiting Information before booking tickets.
Children under 10 years of age (accompanied by an adult) can visit free of charge. Our Under 10 tickets can only be purchased alongside an adult, student or 65+ ticket. Please select the U10 ticket type, and this will be discounted to £0 during the booking process. Currently we offer one free U10 ticket per adult/concession ticket.
Visitors will not be admitted more than 15 minutes after the tour has begun. If possible, please call the Library to inform them of your delay.
Tour dates are available up to 6 weeks in advance, for dates beyond that, please visit this site again 6 weeks before your chosen date.
